This policy explains what ForeProof ("ForeProof", "we") collects when you request access to or use our websites and the ForeProof STORM preview, and how we handle it. ForeProof is a 6th Wave Ventures product, operated by 6th Wave Ventures.

Information we collect

• Access requests. When you register for preview access we collect the details you submit — name, work email, company/utility, role/title, and an optional description of your use case — together with the date and time you accept our evaluation & confidentiality terms.
• Access cookies. Small cookies that record your access tier (e.g. sg_tier) and, for approved users, an access token (sg_prospect) or owner session (sg_gate, stored only as a one-way hash). These are strictly necessary to provide access — not advertising cookies.
• Technical logs. Standard server information such as IP address, browser/user-agent, and request timestamps, used for security and to operate the service.

We do not require or collect live SCADA, operational, or customer-PII data from utilities to use the preview.

How we use it

• To review and decide on access requests, and to provision approved access.
• To contact you about your request, a guided walkthrough, or a pilot.
• To secure, maintain, and improve the service.

How we store and share it

Access-request records are stored in our infrastructure on Cloudflare (including Cloudflare D1 and Pages), which processes data on our behalf. We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We disclose information only to our service providers under contract, or where required by law.

Retention

We keep access-request records for as long as needed to evaluate and administer access and our relationship with you, then delete or anonymize them. You may ask us to delete your record at any time.

Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may object to or withdraw consent for certain uses. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including transport encryption and least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; we will revise the "last updated" date above when we do.
